The agenda for the meetings will always be posted outside the offices in both buildings, the post offices in Bronson and Lawton, and Pronto in Lawton. They are also typically on the school's website.

Meetings are held in the library in the high school building in Lawton. January, April, July, and October meetings are held in the library in the elementary school building in Bronson.
