Presented and Taught Whole Language at the University of Wyoming, Chadron State, and various districts throughout Central Wyoming.  Coached volleyball, basketball, and officiated High School Volleyball.

I have enjoyed teaching Kindergarten at LB Elementary for the past 30 years.  One of my biggest joys is teaching children of my former students!  I founded, supervised, and taught Before and After the Bell and Summerbell for nearly 20 years.  

I live near Castana Iowa in the Loess Hills with my husband of 42 years, Dennis.  We have one son, Dennis Andrew. He and his wife Sara live in Kalamazoo, Michigan.  Our daughter Katherine Young and her husband reside in Dover, Michigan.  

My hobbies include hunting, fishing, rock collecting, gardening, traveling, swimming, biking, cooking, sewing, crocheting, and reading.  I am a lifetime fan of the Denver Broncos.  When I retire, Dennis and I plan on enjoying our home in the hills as well as traveling and exploring State and National Parks.
