About Mr. Busch

Hello, my name is Austin Busch and I am a business and computer science teacher at Lawton-Bronson School District. Prior to my role a CTE teacher at Lawton-Bronson CSD, I was an exploratory teacher at Sioux City North Middle School. Before moving into the educational field, I worked in a corporate setting for 7+ years focused on business development and operations. My education includes graduating from Briar Cliff University, in Sioux City, with a Bachelor's of Business Administration Degree followed by the Iowa Teacher Intern Program through Morningside College, in Sioux City. In May of 2021, I began the Master's in Educational Administration and Principal Endorsement Program through Northwestern College, in Orange City. My family includes my wife Kami and I, and our two children, Quinlee and Connor.

Outside of my teaching responsibilities I love to stay active through exercise, coaching, and other sporting activities. In my free time, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and friends while playing games, watching movies, working on home projects, and going on walks or bike rides.  My family and I also like to spend time attending and supporting the many activities our community has to offer.

I have been fortunate to have the privilege of working at Lawton-Bronson CSD, we truly have the best community to work in and the best kids and staff to work with.
